Schedule of Day:
8:00-8:20: Students report to Surge Teacher
  • Take Attendance
  • Play the Intro video to iPledge.Unity Day iPledge Movie (5:43)
    • This is an example of the intro video that was used this year, created after an event at our local high school. You can have your students or staff create their own.
  • Distribution of Orange Shirts for everyone!
  • Distribution of colored wrist bands and schedule of where students need to be at what time (please reinforce that due to scheduling of events and safety, student MAY NOT trade wristbands. The office has a copy of where everyone is at what time, and we need to stick with this schedule. Students are not coded by surge class but rather students from each surge class are divided up among the six color groups.
  • Distribution of schedules: have students fill in each block of time with their name and color at the top and schedule of events before going to first Session or Auditorium presentation. They keep this with them, with their wrist band on, as a reminder of where to be.
